Consultech has acquired expertise in multi-cyclone recovery systems which offer maximum recovery of over sprayed powder. The cartridge type booth assures recovery of almost 99%. Our machines are designed to precision and ensure zero powder flow from the cut-outs. The ductless construction mechanism ensures minimum cleaning time which is aided by the trough design, thus making optimal use of the angle of repose. In addition to this, the roll-in-roll-out mechanism, which is available in manual and motorised modes, can be further useful in optimising the cleaning time.
