Cathodic Electro Deposition (CED)

Popularly known as Electrophoretic or Electrodeposition coating, Electrocoat is a fully automatic method that is used for the coating of metal surfaces. The automated method fastens the entire process without compromising on quality. This is one of the most economical methods used for coating and causes negligible damage to the environment through its air and water borne waste products. Consultech’s painting methods comply with high quality standards, demonstrate a good aesthetic appearance and can be reprodualced. The surplus paint and other materials can be recycled without any hassle. There is an arrangement for the air from the exhaust and waste water from these processes to be disposed off efficiently. Moreover, the plant is engineered to precision and controls the noise produced from the processes.
