On the purchase of a Consultech plant or equipment, you as a customer, are directly enrolled to avail the Optimum customer service and spare support program, which is brought to you by our company.
Our Service and Spares Support System are set up in a dedicated factory with a built up area of 17,000 sq.feet, where the manufacturing of spare support takes place under the close supervision of our trained personnel. Through this set up, you can easily avail the total services and spares of all types of surface coating equipments and systems. Along with services of repair and replacement, this unit also hosts our in-house training and online telephone support centre, which you can reach out to at any given point in time.
In addition, a real-time database is maintained at CONSULTECH headquarters on your specific machines to provide a complete history, which is instantly available to our phone and on-site service engineers. Our service engineers know who know who you are, where you are, and the Consultech products you own and are hence well-equipped to direct you to the right solution and resolve your issues.
Warrantee and Guarantee support
The motto of our Optimum Support group is "Serve, Solve, Support,” and CONSULTECH brings in place powerful system to execute this mandate for our customers. All our plants and equipments come with suitable warrantee and guarantee period, so that you as a customer, will not have to bear major losses in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Having been the pioneers of Surface Coating Systems, we are the leaders in the supply and installation of all types of paint booths, conveyorised and automatic plant, powder coating plants, surface pre-treatment systems and material handling equipment’s. In addition to this, we also specialize in Finishing system servicing to ensure that your equipment operate at optimum efficiency with minimal downtime. Legislative compliance and optimum performance is maintained and traceable.

On-site service
In some cases we'll need to depute a service engineer to your plant. Our qualified service engineers will quickly be on the scene with access to a complete history of your equipments and any Technical Updates and Service Bulletins that may apply.
Training
Service and equipment maintenance classes are held at the Pune factory technology center to Consultech India customers.
