The distinctively integrated heating systems and oil skimmer make the entire functionality cost-effective. The dip type manual plants with hoist are specially designed for manual handling. In the conveyorised dip pre-treatment plant, the articles/components are first hanged on a conveyor and are then further dipped into the tanks. During this process, the programmable conveyor line enables the articles/components travel through a sorter of tanks. Transporters for automatic PLC control are used in the transpoterised dip pre-treatment systems.
The spray-treatment online plant comprises of tunnel mounted on tanks, components piping pump and nozzles. Under this type of plant, the conveyor speed, article profile & pre-treatment timing form the bases of the plant design, which further eliminates chances of leakage. The special leakage arrangements ensure a no-leakage locking between the zones. In addition to this, the tank design also controls and eliminates the leakage thus enabling all sprayed chemicals to fall back into the tanks.
The purpose of the heating system is to facilitate the best heat transfer and consume the least of the tank volume. As per the protocols, the oil skimmer is incorporated in every system in order to keep the cost of refilling extremely low by getting the most out of the chemicals.
